Minutes of a Special City Council Meeting

Wednesday, May 4, 2022, 7:00 PM

City Hall, 1750 Maharishi Center Avenue

Present: Mayor Rogers Badgett, Councilmembers Chris Johnson, Steve Boss, Leslee Goldstein, (All by Zoom as it was impractical to attend in person due to the on-going concern by the council for the COVID-19 Pandemic)

Absent: Kara Anastasio, Marty Hulsebos

Present in Addition: Dr. Kent Boyum, Loraine Przybylski

Mayor Badgett called the meeting to order.

1. Consider Approving Contract with Lynch Dallas P.C. for City Legal Services—Boss moved, Johnson seconded, to approve contract with Lynch Dallas P.C. for city legal services; Ayes: Johnson, Boss, Goldstein; Nays: none.
2. Resolution to Set Public Hearing Date for Fiscal Year 2022 Budget Amendment—Boss moved, Johnson seconded, to set the date for a public hearing for the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget amendment as May 11, 2022; Ayes: Johnson, Boss, Goldstein; Nays: none.

Mayor Badgett adjourned the meeting.
